Schools Advisory Service renew for 2020!

We are delighted to announce that Schools Advisory Service (SAS) have agreed to once again sponsor Wakefield Trinity and feature on the back of the first team shorts.

Schools Advisory Service, who are based in Derbyshire, are the largest insurance services provider to specialise exclusively in the education sector.  SAS began insuring schools in 1997 and now work with over 4000 schools nationwide, making them the market leader in Schools and Academies Staff Absence and Maternity and Insurance.

Over 20 years they have built and developed relationships with Schools and Academies, giving them a unique understanding of the clients insurance needs, support service requirements and most importantly how they can support them to achieve their goals.  SAS offer a comprehensive range of whole school wellbeing services for schools that utilise their staff absence insurance policies in an effort to support schools not only by offering financial security, but also to support school staff and pupils with specialised wellbeing services. SAS develop their products annually in consultation with schools to ensure that they provide the most relevant and effective Staff Absence Insurance service available in the UK.

In 2019, SAS and Great British & English captain Jamie Peacock teamed up to bring pupils across the country the Be A Champion health and wellbeing programme. Using Jamie’s experience in professional rugby as an example, pupils are encouraged to improve their mindset, eat healthy, sleep better and be more physically active. Currently they are developing a resilience lesson for pupils to help and encourage pupils to persevere through their challenges.

John Brady, Managing Director at SAS, is delighted to renew for 2020!

John said “We are proud to have sponsored Wakefield Trinity and to work closely with a team who are passionate about not only their organisation, but also raising awareness and supporting charities which help to make a difference to the community. SAS have seen first-hand the positive impact the community support and outreach has had on fans and we are thrilled to be working hand in hand with Wakefield Trinity again for 2020.”

“We are thrilled to have John and the SAS team on board once again” said Verity Thomas, Commercial Manager at Wakefield Trinity.  “John has been a fantastic support to the club over the years and we are hugely grateful for his support.  We are looking forward to working closely with John and the team over the coming season.”
