Due to a change in personal circumstance, Luke Pendlebury has chosen to step down as Wakefield Trinity Women Head Coach. 

The news is unfortunate with our planning well under way for the new 2025 season but we are now actively recruiting a new Women’s Head Coach that will lead the team.

In the interim, our Rugby League Community Development Manager, Alex Bielby will take charge of all Women’s activity as we head towards pre-season starting in February. 

The opportunity for someone to lead our Women’s team has opened up with the role also including a role within our Foundation which focuses on growing Women’s Rugby League within the local community.
