It is with great pleasure that the Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation can announce their first major fundraising event of 2021 will be the returning ‘Walk with Wakey’.
On Saturday 21st August, we travel to Castleford to take on the Tigers in round 20 of the Betfred Super League. We would like to invite supporters to trek there with us on a sponsored walk.
The walk from The Mobile Rocket Stadium to the Mend-A-Hose Jungle is approximately 9 miles (14.5 kilometres) and is likely to take 2.5hrs to complete.
Each participating individual will need to contact the Club for a sponsorship pack; this includes all the information that you will need for your “Walk with Wakey”. All sponsored walkers will receive a standard match ticket for the fixture that evening and we kindly ask you to try and raise £100 (or more if you can!!)
Under 18-year-olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
