Wakefield Trinity can confirm the sponsors for our 2023 Trinity X Dance Squad as they prepare to launch their new routines in tonight’s game against Catalans.
Over the off-season, Trinity’s official dancers have been hard at work, perfecting their choreography as they look forward to stepping out for the first time in 2023 in front of a bumper Be Well Support Stadium crowd.
Over the last couple of years, Jodie and her team have drawn spectators in with their pre-match and half-time entertainment. With plenty of work done in the studio, the squad set their sights on what hopes to be a very positive new season.
However, it won’t just be new routines on the pitch, with the team kitted out in Wakefield Trinity colours to align with the club’s 150th anniversary. This would not have been possible without the fantastic support of our sponsors, who have pledged funds to allow the dance squad to continue in 2023.

Speaking on the new year, Trinity X Dance Squad leader, Jodie Travis, said, “We are so grateful for the support of all our sponsors this season.
“All sponsors are small, local businesses that are also fans of Wakefield Trinity. With the difficulties that everyone is facing currently, it’s so nice that we can support one another and form a solid partnership.”
Whilst, the Foundation’s Media & Commercial Executive, William Moore, followed, “It is fantastic to see organisations injecting funds back into our community projects.
“2023 hopes to be a promising year, and to have our Dance Squad on the field at half-time and full-time, in a strip to match the club brand is really important to us.”
Make sure you keep an eye out for the pre-match entertainment and show our dance team some support from the terraces.
