Daryl Powell has named his side to take on Sheffield Eagles on Friday 9th August at the DIY Kitchens Stadium.
The two sides have already played twice in 2024 with Wakefield first beating the Eagles 36-10 at the Olympic Legacy Park before dominating the South Yorkshire side 50-6 at Wembley in the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Final.
Trinity are coming off the back of a 42-16 victory over Dewsbury Rams last week and unfortunately have lost Josh Bowden and Jack Croft to concussion protocols after they both received head knocks.
Ellis Lingard, fresh from his First Team debut, is included once again with Iain Thornley and Renouf Atoni returning from injuries.
Fans can still purchase tickets for the game from the club store in the Ridings Shopping Centre or through our online ticket office.
