At our December Trinity luncheon club, Patricia and David Driver gave Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation a donation of £100 for the charity.
David – who has, unfortunately, been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease – and his partner, Patricia, have been supported by the Foundation during the coronavirus pandemic. They enjoyed the meals provided, appreciated the regular phone calls and most of all enjoyed taking part in the weekly zoom sessions, chatting to other supporters and players.
Pat and Dave are avid Trinity fans and wanted to say a big thank you to the Foundation and Wakefield Trinity.
“It has been lovely getting to know Pat and Dave,” said Denise Teal, Chairperson of the Foundation.
“They were really good company on the connect zoom calls and kept us all laughing.
“It’s nice to see them at the luncheon club and the donation was a lovely surprise and much appreciated.”
