Interpretations and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

These are the Terms and Conditions governs the use of this Service, the purchasing of Goods, and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. This document does not cover room hire or events, please enquire with our events team for a copy of the bookings Terms and Conditions.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions and Stadium Regulations. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also dependent on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.
Season Ticket Conditions of Issue
The ticket is issued subject to the Rules, Regulations and Byelaws of The Super League, Rugby League Association, and Wakefield Trinity Rugby League Club (Appendix 1).
The ticket admits the holder to Wakefield Trinity Rugby League Club Super League home matches at on production of the season ticket at the appropriate entrance. Separate tickets must be purchased for non-league events, such as Friendlies, Cup games, and Testimonials.
Holders must produce the Season Ticket at the turnstile.
Should any issues arise where the ticket isn’t readable by the ticket scanner or scanning staff, You may be directed to the ticket office in the East Stand to rectify any issues.
Regular season tickets are non-transferable and may not be re-sold to third parties, further to this, tickets may not be used as a prize in a lottery or competition. The Season Ticket will be confiscated and cancelled without compensation if used by anyone other than the person in whose name it is registered. Any misuse of a season ticket will result in the season ticket being removed.
Hospitality Season tickets may be transferred with the name, contact information, and dietary requirements of the individual sent to MatchdayHospitality@wakefieldtrinity.com 48 Hours Prior to the event.
Placing Orders for Goods and Services
By placing an order for a season ticket, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to restrict You from accessing Goods and Services for any reason.
If You wish to place an order for a season ticket, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.
Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order.
Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the product’s instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them, or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
Eligibility for Age related discounts
The club offers Concession and Junior tickets, with differing pricing structures to regular tickets. The terms of eligibility are listed below:
These tickets must be purchased alongside a regular or concession season ticket, or by a season ticket holder.
Tickets are free for Under 4s.
Identification maybe required as a proof of age, before Concession or Junior tickets are granted. This is at the full discretion of the club.
For safeguarding purposes. Any person(s) under the age of 14 MUST be supervised by a person over the age of 18.
The Company reserves the right to revoke or amend the benefits listed under (“Eligibility for Age related discounts”) in certain areas of the stadium should it see fit.
Season tickets may be purchased using a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard. We can no longer accept American Express.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Payments made online through Wakefield Trinity – Online Store or wttickets.fixturesdigital.com or the Wakefield Trinity App are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are liable to their Terms and Conditions, and their Privacy Policy.
Alternate Season Ticket Prices
Alongside our regular season ticket prices, we also offer concession and junior. Eligibility for which is outlined in section “Eligibility for Age related discounts”.
Season tickets may also be purchased in instalments, using recurring payments. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and monthly basis. Instalments will be of equal value and the number of payment periods will alter depending on when the order is placed:

Payments will be taken one the same day, each month, based upon the date of your first payment.
At the end of the payment period, your season ticket will end, and you will need to renew this manually.
Recurring payment cancellations
You may cancel Your Recurring payments by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your season ticket, and You will be responsible for the balance of any outstanding monthly payments yet to be made.
You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, county, post code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company suspend your season ticket. The full balance owing must be paid as well as a £10 administrative fee before your season ticket is reactivated and access to the Service can resume.
Except when required by law, season tickets are non-refundable.
Certain refund requests for season tickets may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
Car Parking is solely controlled by the Company and its contractors. The club reserves the right to refuse parking in the premises at any time. Parking is available on a very limited basis.
The club allocates a specific number of disabled parking spaces which is no less than 6% of the total capacity.
In order to park at the ground on a matchday, ticket holders MUST have purchased a pass from the club and provided the name, car registration, address, and contact information. Parking maybe refused if these details are not provided.
Vehicles may not park outside of the designated bays. These routes are required for emergency service vehicles to access and egress the stadium. Any vehicle found in breach of this may be removed from site or clamped.
Those who refuse to follow instructions given by Stewards may be refused entry to the ground.
Our website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
We may terminate or suspend Your season ticket immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the season ticket will cease immediately.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for your season ticket.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the season ticket, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the season ticket, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the season ticket.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Search Policy
Wakefield Trinity RLFC are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for both visitors and staff. In the process of doing this, we must prohibit certain items from being brought into the grounds of the DIY Kitchens Stadium. As such, all visitors to the DIY Kitchens Stadium, and their belongings, may be subject to a search when entering the venue.
It is a condition of your ticket, that you must submit to a search should a steward or member of staff request it. Should any prohibited items be found, the Ground Safety Team will be notified which can result in refusal of entry to the DIY Kitchens Stadium.
In the event of an increase in Terror Threat Level to Sever or a Move to Critical (MTC), steps may be taken to further increase the safety of everyone visiting the Stadium. further measure we may take are detailed below.
Bags
In the event of a Move to Critical, all bags (unless they are carrying live preserving medical equipment) will be banned from the stadium. Those who require a bag for medical reasons, must contact the club prior to the event, where further guidance will be given on how to proceed. Permitted bags will still be searched prior to entry.
Cars
In the event of an increase to severe, the club may seek to restrict the car parking further. . Those parking at the stadium in this situation should be prepared to submit their vehicle to a search by the staff or stewards.
In the event of a Move to Critical (MTC), All Vehicles will be subject to search upon entering the car park.

If neither of these options are suitable for yourself, it is of the discretion of the Ground Safety Team to refuse entry to the Stadium.
