Club 1873 which is sponsored by Vanarama is only £1 a week; it is a fantastic process with all of the money being fed back into the Club’s Youth and Development Programme which has helped to attract, nurture and retain the likes of James Batchelor, Tom Johnstone, Max Jowitt, Jordan Crowther and Chris Annakin.
The development of these players would simply not have been possible without the funding from the Club 1873 scheme, which improves training, education and facilities at the club, as well as allowing the club to sign these talented youngsters on long-term contracts and prevent them moving elsewhere.
