Club 1873 is a fantastic process with all the money being fed back into the Club’s Youth and Development Programme which has helped to attract, nurture and retain a good number of academy products. We currently have 11 academy products in our First Team with Tom Johnstone, James Batchelor, Jordan Crowther, Max Jowitt, Jack Croft, Lee Kershaw, Yusuf Aydin, Connor Bailey, Oliver Greensmith, Harry Bowes, Dane Windrow, Sam Eseh and Pat O’Donovan all taking first team spots.
The development of these players would not be possible without funding from our Club 1873 Scheme which helps to improve training, education and facilities at the club. It also allows the club to sign these players on long-term contracts to prevent them moving on to other clubs.
When you sign up to Club 1873, you will receive a line of seven randomly selected unique numbers that go into the draw each week for the £250 cash prize. There are also 10 other prizes to be won!
