Membership Donations and Refunds – A message from the CEO

With our 2020 season now concluded, CEO Michael Carter, on behalf of the Board, has issued the below message for 2020 Members regarding Membership Donations and Refunds.

Dear Member,

Now we have reached the end of what has been an incredibly tough year, the Board just wanted to thank you, our magnificent “hardcore” supporters, for all your ongoing support through these tough times. In July when we launched our Member Donation scheme, you responded in great numbers, and together, have donated in excess of £155,000! This has, quite frankly, made an enormous impact on the Clubs finances; the Board are extremely grateful for your amazing support.

If you have yet to donate, and want to, you can do so by emailing or contacting Darren in the shop.

We have previously said that for anyone who, instead of donating, would like a refund on their 2020 membership we would revisit this at the end of the regular season. We have fulfilled 9 of the 14 intended home games of this season; either live, on Sky, or through streaming passes. The Club is therefore offering the following refund amounts:

Adult seated £102
Adult standing £93
Concession Seated £80
Concession Standing £71

As previously stated, all Junior Memberships will be eligible for a 2021 Membership at £20 which will be cheaper than the Normal Membership price for Juniors in 2021.

This pandemic is far from over, as we all know. We still face a number of financial challenges over the next two years, and large numbers of refunds could still create a massive problem for the Club. We hope those who have not done so already will be able to continue to support us with a donation.

To claim your refund, please send details of your Membership card number, Name, Address, email, and mobile or contact number to You will then be contacted to arrange your refund. (PLEASE NOTE: THE DEADLINE TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND IS FRIDAY 13TH NOVEMBER AT 5PM).

Once again, thank you for your continued support during these hard times. Take care, stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you all as soon as possible.
