Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation is delighted to announce that XBM Ltd have become the official sponsor of this year’s Trinity Under the Stars fundraiser.
Working with Helping the Homeless, Wakefield Street Kitchen, Local Vocals, and Amber Falls, the Foundation looks to raise funds & awareness of homelessness throughout the district, making the evening fun and enjoyable for all involved.
Over the last few years, Wakefield Trinity and XBM Ltd have grown their partnership, with the managed print and sustainable technology company continuing their allegiance with our Ladies’ set-up over several years.
However, following on from 2022, the XBM will now look to help a charitable cause, donating funds to fight homelessness ahead of our Trinity Under the Stars event in November.
This will include staff members taking part in the cause on both the night and the lead-up to the event, with those working in different parts of the country donating money and food for Helping the Homeless and Wakefield Street Kitchen, respectively.
Speaking about their sponsorship of the event, XBM Ltd Director, Justin English, said, “XBM began in Wakefield in 2008 and I believe it is important for our business to reinvest in our community, whether that’s in women’s and grassroots sport, or working with the Wakefield Community Foundation, Helping the Homeless, and Wakefield Street Kitchen charities.
“As well as staff collecting sponsorship for the sleep out, we have set up donation boxes in our offices around the country so as many of our staff as possible can make their own contribution.”
While Foundation Media & Commercial Executive, William Moore, followed, “I am really pleased that XBM Ltd have continued their support of the club and become our official sponsor of Trinity Under the Stars 2023.
“Following on from last year’s success, I am eager to make sure that we double the amount of money and food raised from 2022, and the help offered by XBM, and their employees has been fantastic to see.
“I look forward to welcoming a few of them down to the Stadium on the night of the sleepout.”
