Mick Amos Director of Operations is delighted that Craig is on board “Having spoken to Craig I feel he is a perfect fit to our small but expanding team. He is a highly motivated individual that endeavours to achieve goals and targets through hard work and honesty.

“I am particularly pleased with his communication, manner and character. His experience speaks for itself but I am keen that the Trust continues to bring in good people who will build long lasting relationships with the community, funders and partners.”

Craig will leave his role as Foundation Manager of the Include Foundation which is the charitable arm of Sheffield Eagles RLFC to take up this coveted position.

Craig commented “I’m delighted to be given the opportunity to join such a progressive and forward thinking team. There is still work to be done but I liked what the Trust had to say and their ambition for the future. It was a tough decision to make. We were making considerable strides in Sheffield and I hope that work is able to continue beyond my tenure.

“Wakefield carries true community spirit and the work of the Community Trust is highly respected both in Wakefield and across the West Yorkshire district.”
