Daryl Powell has welcomed two key players to his Wakefield Trinity side ahead of their trip to face Toulouse.
Following their 14-2 victory last week over Bradford Bulls, Trinity head to France as they face a Toulouse side that haven’t lost since tasting defeat at the DIY Kitchens Stadium earlier this season.
That game ended 28-12 at Wakefield’s home ground with a second half flurry from Trinity driving them over the line.
Wakefield sit top of the Betfred Championship table having won all 15 of their league fixtures in 2024, with Toulouse in third just behind Sheffield Eagles.
Powell is able to bring Josh Bowden and Luke Bain back into his squad after injury and suspension. Both will bolster a middle unit that was forced into big minutes at Odsal due to being down on troops.
Mason Lino drops out as he continues to recover from a toe injury while Joe Law also comes out of the 21-man squad.
