Trinity partner with Nuffield to stage Easter Egg Collection

Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation has partnered with Nuffield Health to collect Easter Eggs for the Children’s Ward at Pinderfields Hospital, in association with MY Hospitals Charity.

Following the announcement of our new partnership in a bid to branch out further into the Wakefield community, Nuffield has announced exciting new plans to support those children spending the weekend in the hospital with an Easter Egg Collection.

Available to donate at both the Ridings Club Shop & Nuffield’s Wakefield gym on Calder Island, all proceeds from the collection will go straight to MY Hospitals Charity to be distributed around the Children’s Ward, spreading joy to those spending the bank holiday break away from home.

This new initiative follows Triniy’s recent great work with MY Hospitals Charity, working with the fundraising organisation at both Christmas, World Book Day & Walk with Wakey.

Speaking on the announcement of the Easter Egg Collection, the Foundation’s Media & Commercial Executive, William Moore, said, “We are delighted to be supporting Nuffield Health on this all-new fundraiser to support children over the Easter Holidays.

“Utilising our newly-formed partnership, we are hoping that we can raise as many Easter Eggs as possible. Our supporters have always been extremely generous throughout all the fundraisers we have done so far. We can’t wait to drop them off in a couple of weeks.”
