Wakefield Trinity Community Trust are piloting a project in partnership with State of Mind Sport – ‘The Boot Room.’
State of Mind Sport educates the public to increase awareness of mental ill-health, tackle stigma and build mental fitness using the power of Rugby League and sport.
The ‘Boot Room’ pilot project with Wakefield Trinity Community Trust will use the power of classic rugby league games associated with Wakefield Trinity to attract men to a mental fitness session, and then use the game to provide subtle mental fitness messages.
It aims to reduce social isolation and signpost people to support.
