Wakefield Trinity have confirmed their 21-man squad for Rivals Round as they welcome Castleford Tigers to the DIY Kitchens Stadium!

The game will take place on Thursday 17th April (KO: 8pm) with a huge crowd expected at Belle Vue for the clash.

Ticket sales are well over 7,000 with another potential sell out incoming with the Hull KR and Hull FC game having already attracted capacity crowds.

Trinity will be looking to break a run of 12 years without a league win on their home turf against their close rivals with the last Super League victory coming back in 2013. 

Daryl Powell has welcomed back Josh Griffin, who grabbed two tries for Wakefield in the last Super League game between the two sides in 2023, after the back rower recovered from a hamstring tweak. 

Jayden Myers drops out of the squad to make way for the veteran.
