The DIY Kitchens Ground Regulations

Entry to the DIY Kitchens Stadium is subject to the acceptance of the Wakefield Trinity Stadium Regulations, and the Retail Terms and Conditions. Entry to the ground shall constitute acceptance of these Regulations.

Search and Bags Policies

In order to avoid delays when entering the stadium, please don’t bring bags to the stadium. All bags will be subject to a search by our security partner. Bags above the size of an A4 piece of paper are not permitted, except medical equipment which will be searched prior to entry.

If you require medical equipment on your person, please contact the club prior to arrival, accommodations can be made to make your visit as welcoming as possible.

CCTV Policy

CCTV is in place in all areas of the DIY Kitchens Stadium. This footage may be used by the stadium, or passed to the police and other relevant authorities, any recording for use in any proceedings to ensure the safety and security of all visitors.

CCTV cameras located in bars and food outlets have to capability to record audio. This is strictly for the safeguarding of the Wakefield Trinity Staff and Spectators, and maybe used in any proceedings.

Code of Conduct

It is of upmost importance to us that fan experience is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. Fans and visitors attending the DIY Kitchens stadium have a right to expect an environment which:

Crowd Management

Saxon Security GB is Wakefield Trinity’s security partners and can be easily identified on matchday. Whilst the matchday stewards are able to assist with any request and are familiar with the ground, their primary role is to ensure your safety whilst at the DIY Kitchens Stadium.

Crowd Medical

First Plus Medical LTD are Wakefield Trinity’s Crowd Medical provider and can be easily identified around the stadium on a matchday. If you require any medical assistance, please speak to one of our stewards or directly to one of our first responders who will be able to assist you.

Parking

Parking, especially on matchdays, is very limited. With requirements needing to be met to fulfil the fixture, therefore, we are only able to offer a limited amount of spaces.

This is done on a first come first serve basis and without prejudice. Those wishing to enter the car park must contact the club prior to turning up, and provide their details including: name, contact, and car registration.

Drones

It is prohibited to operate drones around the vicinity of the stadium during an event day. Drones spotted around the stadium, without prior permission and guidance, by the club will be reported to the police and Civil Aviation Authority.

Those wishing to fly drones around the grounds of the stadium must contact the club’s media team. Please note, that it is an offense to fly a drone over large gatherings, such as stadiums on a matchday.
