Daryl Powell has made just one change to his Trinity squad as they prepare to take on Halifax Panthers at the DIY Kitchens Stadium on Sunday 23rd June (KO:3pm).
The game marks the first home game for Wakefield since their AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Final victory at Wembley.
Last week’s victory against Widnes Vikings saw Trinity’s Betfred Championship start move to 11 wins from 11 games and a gap of six points open up at the league table.
Halifax have endured an up and down beginning to 2024 and sit 12th in the Championship but a come from behind win over Barrow Raiders last week saw them put in arguably their best performance of the year.
Powell’s only change to Wakefield’s side sees him welcome Jermaine McGillvary back into the team after being rested last week with Myles Lawford making way after he unfortunately ruptured with ACL in a Reserves fixture.
Tickets are available for the game through our online ticket office or from the club’s retail store in the Ridings Shopping Centre.
