Wakefield Trinity have granted Seth Nikotemo his release from the club by mutual agreement on compassionate grounds.
As a club we would like to pass on our best wishes to the 22-year old in the next stage of his Rugby League career and wish him well on any future endeavours.
Nikotemo joined the club at the start of the 2025 season as a highly-regarded prospect and has gone on to make 29 appearances in the Red, White & Blue over the past two seasons and ever improving throughout his time here at Trinity.
Director of Rugby, Ste Mills said: “As a club we want to wish Seth all the best back home in Australia. Seth was an extremely well liked and valuable member of our squad and it has been amazing to see him flourish over the last two years. As always here at Wakefield Trinity though, we put family first so we have fully supported Seth’s decision to return back home to Australia.
We wish Seth, his partner Jess & all of his family back home the very best of luck for the future.”
