We’re on the lookout for a Youth Performance Analyst to join the team here at Wakefield Trinity.
In this role, you’ll be helping our Youth Teams and Coaches by filming games and training, putting clips together, and sharing simple insights that can make a big difference.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the mix with staff and players, supporting their development and giving them the best chance to succeed.

Description: Youth Performance Analyst
Reports to: Lewis Chapman
Employment Status: Part-Time
Principal Responsibilities
• Required to attend all Reserves and Academy games.
• Required to attend Reserves and Academy training sessions to film and clip and share with players / coaches.
• Lead the analysis provision for the Reserves and Academy teams.
• Responsible for always following the club’s code of conduct.
• Communicate efficiently to all players and staff as well as all club members of staff.
• Provide in depth analysis pre and post game for players, using high end analysis software. • Additional duties in line with the evolution of the strategic plan, to be agreed by both employee and line manager.
Knowledge/Qualifications and Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good working knowledge of IT including ability to work with common Microsoft Package
• Excellent planning skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills

• Self-motivated and a commitment towards continued personal development
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience in use of any video equipment and analysis software
