Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation are delighted to announce we are expanding our Education and Youth Department, and are now actively recruiting for the role of Community Activator (Walking, Running & Cycling).
The Community Activator at the Foundation will report directly to the Education & Youth Facilitator and will have an active involvement in our Community Activation Provision, delivering a number of high-quality sessions each day, at delivery sites across the Wakefield District and surrounding areas.
Focusing on Walking, Running & Cycling activity, the Community Activator will make sure all aspects of delivery are run to the highest of standards.
They will also need to have a positive working relationship with the schools, local partners, hospitals, pupil referral units (PRUs), local charities, volunteers and funders in the Wakefield District to grow activation levels within the District.
Applications will close on Tuesday 20th January 2026, with interviews taking place from week commencing Monday 2nd February 2026.
