The family run business was established in 1990 by Nigel Cooper & Malcolm Cutt. Nigel sadly passed away in November 1997 and the business was ultimately run under the sole proprietorship of Malcolm, with the assistance of his wife Carol and several dedicated staff members. Malcolm’s son Gary joined the firm in 2004 and eventually bought the business in 2012.
Today Cooper & Cutt Estate Agents is one of Wakefield’s leading Property Management Agents. The business has built up a sound and professional reputation due to their hard work and successful results, whilst handling up to 500 managed and unmanaged properties in and around Wakefield.
