Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation are proud to work in multiple Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Schools delivering rugby league.
Proudly supported by our sponsors Team IT, the Foundation provides free six-weekblocks of delivery to SEND Schools in the Wakefield District, upskilling players in team, communication and movement mechanics.
Currently, our Inclusion department has long-standing partnerships with Highfield School, Oakfield Park School and Ivy Lane and is open to working with more SEND Schools in the area.
The Foundation also provides opportunities for youngsters in SEND Schools to continue playing rugby league outside of a school environment through our Learning Disability Super League (LDSL) team.
