Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation launched our In Touch programme at the start of 2025, providing an open space for elderly people within our local community to help tackle social isolation.
In Touch is run by our Community Projects department and allows participants to take part in quizzes, games and Stadium Tours as well as taking part in needs-led workshops to take any issues they may be facing.
