Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation are delighted to announce that the DIY Kitchens Stadium will host PDRL and LDSL Festivals next month!
Wakefield Trinity are proud to have long-established Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL) and Learning Disability Rugby League (LDRL) teams as part of our Inclusion delivery.
Our PDRL and LDRL teams will now return to our home Stadium next month as they continue their 2026 seasons.
PDRL Festival 4 will be hosted at the DIY Kitchens Stadium on Saturday 11th July, with Wakefield Trinity PDRL – the 2024 PDRL Champions – facing local rivals Castleford Tigers PDRL from 1.45pm.
The full fixture list for PDRL Festival 4 is listed below:
- 10am: Sheffield Eagles & Halifax Panthers v Bradford Bulls
- 11.15am: Wigan Warriors v Leeds Rhinos
- 12.30pm: Hull KR v Warrington Wolves
- 1.45pm: Wakefield Trinity v Castleford Tigers
- 3pm: Salford RLFC v Hull FC
The DIY Kitchens Stadium will then stage 2026’s Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League Festival 3 on Saturday 18th July from 10am to 12pm, featuring LDRL teams from across Rugby League.
Entry to the Stadium for both Festivals is available from 9am via the gate between Neil Fox East Stand and the Club Shop, with seating available throughout the Neil Fox East Stand. Accessible viewing areas are also available for spectators, with those requiring such seating asked to speak to Foundation staff upon arrival.
Please note that pitch access is strictly limited to Players, Coaching Staff, One-to-One Support Workers and First-Aiders.
The Clubhouse will be open from 8am to 4pm for food and drink. Please let Clubhouse staff aware if you intend to take food and drink into the Stadium.
