We are delighted to announce that prop David Fifita has signed a new two year contract with the club with an option of an additional year.
Fifita signed for Trinity last season from Cronulla Sharks until the end of the 2016 season, he later agreed a one-year deal for the 2017 season.
Head Coach, Chris Chester said, “Fifita has become an important member of the squad since joining us back in June last year and I am thrilled that we have been able to secure him for another two years and to continue to build our squad for the coming seasons.
“He has so much passion for the club both on and off the field which is great to see.”
David Fifita said, “I am pleased to have signed a new deal at the club, it was pretty easy to decide to stay here, I love the club, the fans and everything about it. I love giving back to the community and the fans and that was the reason why I wanted to sign a new deal.”
