As Danny Kirmond’s three month Testimonial comes to an end, we will be rounding off with this exciting event at the amazing venue of Unity Hall in the heart of Wakefield on Monday 12th August!

Featuring food from the very talented chef of Masterchef fame Chris Hale, the menu is a collaboration designed by Chris and Danny himself.

• Canapes and welcome drink on arrival. Canapes including…. crispy pork belly with rhubarb puree, deep fried cheese croquette, japanese style steak tartare on a Japanese rice cracker with wasabi pea.
  
  Starter: 
  Avocado puree, prawns, pickled red onion, jalapeno, sweet corn, micro coriander & paprika oil
  
  Main: 
  Braised beef cheek, mustard croquette, roast broccoli, celeriac puree & pickled wild mushrooms
  
  Dessert: 
  Edible garden: dark chocolate mousse, fresh fruit, salted caramel sauce, chocolate soil, meringue mushrooms & summer berry sauce
  

Aswell as an amazing menu, there will be entertainment featuring the talented poet and Trinity fan the Yorkshire Prose, musicians, tales from trinity past and present players, raffle draw, auction and much more.

The event will be hosted by Mick “Braddy” Bradshaw and it promises to be a great evening!
