With only 14 weeks until Christmas, join Trinity Fit Club on a Tuesday evening at the Beaumont Legal Stadium to ensure you feel confident at your Christmas party.
The classes which take place from 6pm is open to both males and females aged 16 and over and will also focus on setting goals, monitoring eating and physical activity and to obtain assistance in making long-term changes to maintain losses.
It is open to all abilities whether you want to take part in your first ever fitness session or if you have been in the gym before, it is a great way to keep fit and active whilst having fun with your friends.
The sessions will take place every Tuesday at the Beaumont Legal Stadium from 6-7pm and will cost £5 per session or £17.50 upfront for four weeks.
