Wakefield Trinity are looking to appoint a number of Talent Spotters to work within the clubs Youth Development department.
The main purpose of the role is to identify potential Rugby League players in the Yorkshire area. The ideal candidate will have a background in Rugby League, alongside having a good understanding of the game and the youth systems. Candidates will need to be organised and willing to attend junior rugby league fixtures on weekends throughout 2020. You will be required to complete reports & assessments on prospective players whilst interacting with coaches, team managers and teachers.
The successful candidate will have a full induction to the Wakefield Trinity Youth Department, including training on talent identification. The role is subject to a DBS check.
