Additional Primary Rugby League Workshop to be held at Wakefield Trinity

After the success of our first Primary Rugby League CPD workshop part pf our SkyTry programme held here at the Beaumont Legal Stadium back in February, we are delighted to be able to host a second workshop on Monday the 20th March.

 The workshop is aimed at all community club coaches/volunteers and helpers for under 7s, 8s & 9s.

Venue: Wakefield Trinity, Beaumont Legal Stadium

Date: Monday 20th March

Time: 6 – 8pm

The course is mainly classroom based and will assist you with delivery of the Primary Rugby League coaching ethos and rationale with your clubs/teams.

Below is some brief Information about the Primary Rugby League workshop you will be able to deliver following the training. This will be covered in full detail on the 20th February.

Course Title: Primary RL Coaches workshop

Course Duration: Two hours

Cost: Free of charge

Who: The course is predominately aimed at coaches at U7’s, U8’s & U9s however parents, helpers & volunteers would hugely benefit from this content also.

Course content: Aims to outline the ethos and rational behind PRL. Provide support for coaches when running festivals (the difference between weekly festivals and central venue festivals). How to deliver fun, engaging sessions that involve all players.

Resources: Each attendee will leave with a copy of the PRL handbook & also a certificate of attendance.
