It is with a very heavy heart that we inform the club of the peaceful passing of Phil McDade 75yrs young, after a short and fierce battle with cancer, he died on 25th May at Wakefield Hospice with all his family around him.
A lifelong Wakefield Trinity fan who loved the club along with the whole family. We are truly lost without him, he has left a huge hole in our lives.
A wonderful husband to Sandra, dad to Phil, Paul , Claire, Luke & Melissa. Loving brother in law to Donna & uncle to Sam who attended all games with us. Extra special grandad & great grandad.
Melissa wanted to say “the best dad in the world.”
